FBI admits Roof should have been denied permit but a mistake in screening and background check allowed the purchase.
Since we got rid of Confederate Flag that supposedly influenced the racist killer maybe we should go one step further.
Have the Head of the agency overseeing the background check( FBI director) and the person who put him in the position( BHO) also removed from office.

Big fucking deal. Background checks never stop a criminal from getting all the guns he wants. He can buy them face-to-face, at auction, at gun shows, on most any street corner. No background check required.

I've bought lots of guns, but only two from a FFL dealer who did a background check.
