they have been respectable..

just glanced at all NCAA T games for the last 12 years.

of course your comment comes from an Ariz point of view..

and since they got hammered by Ariz last March so your response was expected..


year in and year they have scrappy good players who play hard..

and more times than not give the better paying school a run for their money

there is no denying that..

I don't know the scenario at all, but suppose they were 11-2 against the power conferences during march postseason tourney. ...and got knocked out by teams from the mountain west each year.....then tourney results alone would mean nothing in the argument of can gonzaga hoops hang w/the big boys

Cannot just look one place in the set up college hoops has to compare a teams resume


I think he just meant the entire body of work.....reg season zags always compete....and have had some tourney runs.....all while being a small school like boise football.....i think that is all he meant.....no knock on zona :toast:

Guess this game throws the SOS argument out the window. Zona #2 and Boise #80. I'd play AZ -4.5 2H if I had two nickels left to rub together. Still hoping they find some way to win but if they don't score on the opening position of the 2H half that might be tough as they can't stop anybody.

With how well Boise played and basically did what they wanted and zona is 4.5??? Sounds like zona is the play or nothing...Boise + looks too easy...:shrug:

That 2 min drill was a joke but AZ was just trying to get to the half. The AZ receivers have been on the back of a milk carton in the first half and Anu just keeps pulling it down running all over the place. If he can get on the same page with some of his wideouts then it could be interesting but they are frustrating to watch right now.

Iwould think their #1 running back will be out with concuss...I would keep eye on it...Under may have a chance..2nd half

might not meet your lofty standards,buy I`d say that making,14 straight ncaa appearances that included being ranked at some point during the season in 14 successive years out of the mighty wcc ain`t too shabby....

they`re actually the winningest program on the west coast since 1992....
