:director: WAKE UP , wacin fans!

Still in medicre mode.. well, cept for the SUNNYday before this past SUNday. Played 5 races - nailed 2 zactas and TWO tries; bigger one was $420+. Was planning to post plays for this past SUNday, thinking that just maybe SUNday is my new lucky day, but decided not to after I got one look at the terrible, terrible card for this past SUNday. .

OK, here's one for starters for today -

2nd race: Go for the "MAGIC" in this one.
Trifectas: 6/1,3/1,3; 1/3,6/3,6; 6/1,2/1,2; 1/2,4/2,4; 1/2,6/2,6.

Here's picks for the 8th; a race that looks quite interesting -
Baby zacta box (may not be a baby payoff though) BOX 5-8.
Regular top/bot zacta jobbies: 5,8<->3,7
And...
I see Joe Imperio is in the Owner's box these days and he also trains no. 7 in the 8th race. Joe knows his horse flesh alright, been around a long, long time. Normally, a horse that just broke it's maiden entered in a race like this is one to steer clear of but I'm gonna make an exception for this Imperio hoss, no. 7 (M.L. of 8 to 1). I think - IF this one is within smelling distance of the leaders coming outa the last turn, it just may mowem ALL down today.

Got others in the in-between races; chime in if anybody's interested.

Good luck.

GM Jim,

The 8th race definitely have horses that are camera shy with a combined record of 122-8-19-17. I didn't read your write up until I read the pp and thought why would someone claim a horse after not seeing the winner's cirlcle after 34 tries. I was going to toss this one out but you might have nose for this arrangement, will reconsider. Back later.

Hello there ole dependables :)

I was watching most of the replays and forgot that I posted here again today. DUH!

What's with all the scratches today?? Nice weather, fast track.

Let's see what the 8th field looks like even though I already bet the race.

Posting this in case any of the real players sign back in.

Actually, the only race I played between the 2nd and the upcoming 8th was the 6th. Had that race rated as 3-5-8. DIDN'T play the no. 5 at all cause I just can't play a Trevor McCarty hoss at less than double digits odds.

Oh, he was on the no. 5 who won the dang race. :(

Like I wrote - I'm on the 8th race already. I'll post L@@KERS.//DEADBEATS just in case the "Player's Club", returns.

IF there's any logic to this game... the connections/owners of that no. 6 hoss in the 8th wasted the horse's life so far AND THEIR MOOLA - exclusively racing on ALL WEATHER track with that horse..

Wrap up

Wrap up

Gonna do my bestest NOT to tellyas a last second bet I put in for the last race. It was only 4 stinkin dollars to win anyway.

Instead, I'll share something I noticed recently....
I've never been a fan of avoiding hosses with bandages on cause I've seen them win too many times. Even if they are on the front legs too.

Looks like I gotta give a LITTLE less credit to those who gotem on their front legs at good ole Philly from now on. THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT I'M GONNA AVOID THEM ALL TOGETHER.

Always looking for little things to tweak to get better results.

Better weather ahead and maybe fuller fields are good things to look forward to. I took a vacation from posting for awhile cause the place is sooo dead (NOT FOR YOU, Skodaa that's fersho. Good luck at Poopano) but there were a few days that I skipped all together due to terrible racing cards. The po Degenerates get murdered on days like those. :00x4

Bad News
Not hitting them nearly as consistently as them good ole days.

Too many consecutive so/so or bad days lately.

Good News
1. It only takes ONE extraordinary day at this twack to make up for multiple bad days. You know, like that SUNday I wrote about.

2. Don't know if it's the results or THE WAY I'VE BEEN POSTING (timewise) but my views have been way, way down. That means that I shook off many of the ROBOTS. :00hour and that goes for the one's with working hearts as well as non working hearts. :00hour :00hour

Thanks for stopping in HM and Hammy. Hope to see some of the occasional visitors to this forum post or reply something again.

Oh, one last thing just in case HM didn't see it before.. Throw that shovel away and git your butt down here while you still can, HM. LOL
