Getting booted from a plane isn't illegal.

United should have raised their offer of 400 to get off plane, I have heard 800 and 400, don't know which is true. For 1000 I bet they could have got 4 people to volunteer to get off plane
For the next flight and probably a hotel stay

He should have taken it like a man and gone to the gate to get it all worked out instead he acted like a child and will be on every talk show known to man and file a lawsuit

Yes, it is within United's right to deny someone a seat on the plane.

No, it is not okay for police to interfere in a civil matter with force. No laws were being broken.

4th quarter of 2016 almost 1 BILLION DOLLARS in profit for United. Jack the price up to 1500-2k and you will have takers. They weren't even getting the seats open for paying customers but their own staff.

In summary, fine print, you can lose your seat. It was not okay to use force. They fucked up by boarding the flight prior to denying the seat. They could have made this go away in so many other ways.

No argument there.

I run across at least three people a day to which that statement can apply. Does that mean I can knock them unconscious and drag them away like a fucking caveman?
