:lol: TRUTHFULLY , I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEM ON THE PHONE ...:shrug:

I have been trying to get a withdrawal for a week, here is what I have come up with:

They need:

1) photocopy of the credit card you made your deposit with (back and front)
2) photocopy of your driver's license
3) their authorization form filled out (haven't found this yet, but haven't spent much time looking yet either)

Then - you can request a cashier's check, of which they will deduct 65.00 of your requested withdrawal amount and put it in your "free play", with the "free play", you get only your winnings, not your wager amount back if you win the wager

Seemed like people had questions, so I was just providing specifics. I had some difficulty understanding them on the phone as well. Thought my post would clear things up for a few guys. Thanks for the link, like I said in my post, I hadn't looked for it.

I've moved on to other alternatives, I'll get around to getting my payout from them when I have time to mess around with it, not overly concerned.

Just follow their payout procedure and you will get your money. They want you to prove who you are on your first withdrawal so they don't send your money to a scammer.
