found a 2009 Eddie Bauer white with beige trim today through work...going to drive it tomorrow and possibly write a big check later this week...

Anyone have one? You like it? I looked at equivalent vehicles, Toyota was too expensive and Chevrolet took money from the government, f-them, they lost a customer forever

Why buy a domestic vehicle when Toyota and Honda ALWAYS outperform them?

Ted: Did you know that Toyota and Honda both have proven track records and have significantly better mechanics which make them more reliable. It is proven over a 30 year span.

Jim: I know - but I enjoy spending money on something that is proven to have a 25% chance of breaking down on me. I love taking that risk.

Ted: Um.....Toyota and Honda....

Jim: Save it. I just like wasting money.

Ted: Ok.

Sequoia is a nice vehicle but 10-15K more than Expedition, if I wanted to pay that much extra I would get a Navigator

Which are you referring to, Hedge or his vehicle selection?

probably because I don't obey the government, so it was meant for me directly, :sadwave:

I am buying a SUV before Obama outlaws them, and I am serious

Hedge: Is supporting terrorism your goal? Why line Arab pockets with your cash via excessive gasoline purchases?

I do everything anti-Obama, I turn my thermostat to 72 at my house, buy old school light bulbs, whatever he wants me to do I do opposite:shrug:

he wants me to buy a hybrid, I buy a big gas guzzling SUV...and to boot I am not buying a vehicle from a company that took government bailout money

I like freedom to make my own choices, I don't want or need government making them for me
