I know what you mean, Jack. The rat pack played hard. They had a relationship off the screen and away from entertaining that made their chemistry what it was.

I remember those spontaneous concerts in Vegas at the DI and the Riviera (before it turned to sh*t). One of them would be performing and the others would simply show up they would raise hell.....

The original "Oceans 11" was the best. The new breed of Brad Pitt, Clooney, Damon and others are great in their own right, but they don't have the same camaraderie.

I miss all those guys.....there will never be another bunch like them...and now Johnny is gone....

I don't know Jack, when I was younger and did a bunch of crazy stuff I always thought I gotta settle down and live right, well now I don't get in any trouble and I grind it out for 40+ a week and take care of one headache after another after another. I'm sure things are better now than when I was younger, but dammit some days I really just want to roll out of bed smoke a bunch of pot and play Xbox all day, is that wrong?

Someone once said "Live fast, die young and leave a good looking corpse" It's too late for me on all accounts, but maybe it would have been a better plan.
