Ketchup and salt, sometimes gravey but that's rare. Sometimes with salt only too.

Fries in gravy is good though not had this in a while. Otherwise I just have salt and maybe Ketchup.

Melted cheese and bacon would be first pick.

Potatoes is probably my favorite food. So many ways to eat them. Like seasoned fries but need salt and alot of it on any fries. Loaded or gravy is all good. No ketchup though. Shit is nasty.
But the main quality is fresh grease. If the grease is old forget it. Dont matter what you put on them.

Ketchup and plenty of it, with a heavy shake of pepper and a good sprinkle of salt and hit the fries with salt again!

Have seen people dipping fries in mayo :mj03: like ketchup on a hot dog...

With that being said, time for a beer!

I don't put the ketchup on the fries, it's on the side for dipping. I put salt on the fries AND the ketchup.

I forgot about vinegar. I only put vinegar on fries cooked in peanut oil :0003

Kansas City area for who knows how long....
the fancy "LBS: A Burger Joint" at Red Rock Station Casino has excellent hand-cut fries, sprinkled with herb seasoning, and served with a terrific fry dipping sauce. Damn good these!
