the fancy "LBS: A Burger Joint" at Red Rock Station Casino has excellent hand-cut fries, sprinkled with herb seasoning, and served with a terrific fry dipping sauce. Damn good these!

This reminded me I had one of the best burgers I've ever had at Holsteins in the Cosmopolitan. Great upscale burger joint...

I like to dip mine in mayonnaise. Dipping them in BBQ sauce is pretty tasty too.

I had never heard of the gravy on fries thing until I went to Canada for the first time. I didn't really care for them served that way.
