reputable realtors will supply this information. I would want to know this beforehand when making a large investment. If i love the house and a murder occurred, i am chopping 30 % off market value.:0008

i actually 'flipped' a home in Crestline, (near Lake Arrowhead) California, that was haunted..:scared but i got rid of the ghost :0corn renovated a beautiful site home with great views and made a lot of money...:spotting:

if you truly have lived w/them you know better.

shared a house w/ghosts for nearly 10 years.

part of my backyard was an old graveyard..

many a night watching the backdoor to the cemetary open all by itself ..we would close the door..continue watching the tv and...hello..door open again..

got used to it..where part of the home after the first 6 months we had moved in..

Had on here as well, used to turn my kids tv on on in the middle of the night all the time......Finally told um to knock it off and it stopped :0008

they didn't faze her from the very begining..

took me a little while to get used to it..

city had me declare natural wildlife area and I was allowed to let gravemarkers to become over grown with all natural vegatation.

blessed and tortured souls walk this earth everyday..

An evangelical couple could be disturbed if they bought a house only to find out later a gay couple had been having ass sex in their master for years.

No way to know what would make a person 'uncomfortable'. Gimme a break!
