you want a good job? in general ask dawgball the name of the company that sells custom suits. seriously, if i was your age and in your shoes i would definitely give them a shout.

suits as in clothing, you mean, or something else? Yeah, I need A decent/good job and dont really give a flying fawk where i go, at my age, with a few bucks in my pocket, I can go wherever w/no attachments.....I will ask in general, though get ridiculed

yes, as in clothing. it's a good company that will train you and you can make 6 figures. i forgot the name of the company or i'd fill you in.

wow, very interesting hell, id settle for fukin 5 figures right now, for a job that lasts for more than 4 months which my job now is for.....I dont really want to clutter up the general with my grumbling, would you mind getting the name of it from Jason or should I post and ask him? worth looking into....I respect you utmost for being self-employed your whole life, nothing tilts me more/has tilted me more than working for a sh**y boss and getting angry in a cubicle...hopefully, not ever again or at least something bearable.....btw, wtf is going on with SRZ stock i was taking a wait/see, im sure itll bounce back though....i took a few positions on gold/silver per a friend, we will see I guess :shrug:

some fund sold their position in SRZ. i'm still holding.

that looks like a perfect opportunity for you, selling the suits.

yeah it looks like a good concept, if you make enough sales, which im sure they train you, and its not outside sales thank god....or cold calling bs, will look into it.......right now, it's either bartend, look for govt job somewhere, or grind low limit poker :mj07: every bank and financial inst'n in nyc area has cut back immensely and i was trying to get into lower level operations, oh well.......SRZ should pop back up for sure i just dont have the funds to daytrade....and DXO has sure been volatile, b/w 2.40 and 2.85, nice room there...BAC also, absurd, b/w 3.50 and $7 in a week and a half

check it out, they train, do what they tell you and you make money. those aren't bullshit figures they post. after awhile you'll have regular clients and you'll be an order taker. not to mention you will look like you are a GQ model in all the custom suits you'll be wearing :00hour

Yeah, if you could get a decent renter, the 50-60k houses in CC are a good bet. Those prices are ridiculous. It was probably the association fees that you noticed(mine are $600/month-property tax around $275/month but of course deductable), but with those cheap houses in CC, that's not an issue as those aren't in gated communities and most wouldn't have any assoc fees.

And it's not like CC is a bad place at all.

Jesus. That's insane. I guess the bank just wants to get the loan balance back, but that's crazy. That street is maybe a half mile from where I live, so the location in South Fort Myers is great. I don't know what the catch is, if any. I suppose if the house was REALLY tore up or something...but it would have to be pretty much destroyed for that not to be a great deal.
