"well no officer... I was invited in by many people, I just dont know who lives here... If you want to come inside with me and find out who rents the place you can... I am giving you consent." He waved his maglite aroudn and told me... "you cannot give consent for me to come inside." and i said hold on... I will be back in a minute...
I ended up getting both of the people that rented the place to come outside...
The guy that messed w/ the fire extinguisher... They ended up reading him his rights!!!!!! I about fell on the ground laughing!
They figured out that I knew the law just as good as they did... and they ended up leaving..
