1. At which level did this guy's gambling become an addiciton? The first $1k he brought, $1300, $1500, $1800 or $2000
2. Your "friend" needed to rathole more money before this trip or grow a pair and tell his wife he is in Vegas and going to spend some money. I prefer the rathole option much easier.
3. If you actually considered telling his wife, this guy not only needs to check his wife, but he needs to fucking punch you square in the face. A friend since the Age of 5 and you were willing to tell his wife. What to "help" him? or do you want some of that?

SHE KNOWS HE IS ADDICTED WHICH IS WHY HE ONLY HAD 1000 DOLLARS, I agree when I was married I ratholed money all the time for gambling adventures
I am not telling his wife he borrowed $ from me, I was contemplating it when I posted originally...I think he owes bookies and everyone else in between which is why his wife has him on an allowance :facepalm:
Just courious, if you knew he was "addicted" why would you drag his ass to Vegas............:shrug:
The answer is obviously 'no'. He is just being kind to his friend (remember, he's known this guy since they were 5!) and not blurting out on a random forum that the guy has a bagger of a spouse. I mean its one thing to air this guys dirty laundry about his gambling problems on here, but it would be quite another to critque his mate.
ACTUALLY, he made reservations and then asked me and 4 of our mutual friends to join him...all the rest backed out for one reason or another :shrug: trust me if I had known he was like that I would not have gone with him...I feel bad for being an enabler but when he showed me he had 1 dollar in his pocket and we had two days left what else was I supoosed to do?

All kidding aside - In college I was a cleaner, I'm sure y'all have heard that story, but shortly after that I took to financial planning. Being an innovator of the field, I redefined financial in to tangible, making myself a tangible asset planner. That way you are not limited to financial instruments when making business deals. I once setup a sophomore with marijuana brownies and hand jobs in lieu of automobile rental to the girl in the downstairs apartment. She was probably a 7 - 7.4 / 10 so you know I have experience with the mid range good looking women of the world.
If I were you, I would hedge Hedge. Get $250 out of his 6/10 wife. If he/she stiffs you, then you're only out $250. Hell you drop more than that on kiddo's birthday presents. If he does pay you, then you have already collected the interest out of his wife's ass. Let me know how it goes. Always looking to put another satisfied customer referral on the resume.

I honestly think he will pay me :shrug: If he doesn't it will be the last time he ever borrows $ from me...between the 400 I spent at the strip club and the 500 I loaned him I would have come out way ahead for the weekend...
