I took Boston tonight mostly because of the momentum factor, but this doesn't look good. I really thought they would jump on Garza early, but he is flat-out dominating. Lester is going to have a pitch an absolute gem to win this one.
Wow. 2 out run-scoring double given up by Lester. My book offers 2h lines so I think I'll play it safe and take TB to hedge. I really expected a lot more from Boston tonight. :shrug:
You're right, Lester has 6 too. He's pitching well, I just don't have much confidence in the BoSox hitters. They're making Garza look like the 2nd coming of Cy Young.
Nevermind. For some reason my book is doing 2h betting tonight. Lovely. Maybe I'll get lucky and Garza will come down with an illness or something. He is putting on an absolute clinic tonight.
Tampa's got a ton of heart. After the last two games I really thought Boston would roll through this game 7. Not at all. In fact, TB is one hit away from breaking this wide open.
1 run was OK, that could of been a HUGE inning for the Rays...
