i usually never have a problem withdrawing money, but crap a month ago i took out a few hundred dollars and it took 2 and a half weeks to get it into my firepay account. than a week and a half ago i pull out another few hundred and it still isn't in there. anybody else have that same problem lately or what???

send me your acct ID and name and i'll find out what's wrong. there is no book that pays faster than gameday. it must be a firepay problem.

Its not gameday it is firepay..

Firepay is known to do this, contact customer support and keep doing so until they give you your money..

when I talked to gameday friday, they said because of the holidays they still haven't processed it, and they said it would be in there by Sunday, thats why im thinking its still gameday's problem, but you could be right though with firepay being the problem.....thanks

It looks like we are waiting on credit card authorization forms from this guy. I see notes in his account stating that we emailed these to him on Dec 16 and Dec 25 and have not received them back. If he needs to receive them again, please have him give us a call 1-800-FUN-BETS or email playerinfo@betgameday.com.

i sent you back an email back to you jack. thanks for the info. but it isn't a credit card withdrawl, im just putting it into my firepay account. If thats a new process i have to fill out no big deal, but i have never had to do that before and what does a credit card form have to do with Firepay???

captains log...573T94I.......i have yet to recieve anything from gameday yet. Now after some clarification, i guess since i made a credit card deposit in September using my wife' credit card, that need a authorization form. I dont know why they didn't ask for a auth form when you deposit it, but yet who cares. Now after settling in this morning and veriying what I need to fax over to them. I call to see if they have recieved the fax. Negative. Damn you Spock. I send over the info again. This time they get it. Now unfortunly it looks like I need the actual copy of the credit card. Well dipshit at Gameday, I told 3 of your people allready that I don't have it anymore, i cancelled it. Now I have to send over a copy of my Drivers License. Not a problem, but why wouldn't you tell me that in the first place. I think they will soon want my Birth Certificate, and my 7th grade report card as well. What a joke this site is. I can't wait to get my money out of here, (if i ever do)

When I opened my Gameday account in March of 2002, I went on a run and my first withdrawl required a few calls to be made and faxing them my driver's license, but after that it's no problem and lightning fast. Far, far, far and away the easiest and quickest (not to mention free) book to withdraw from. I still have issues with some of their software which pretty much sucks, but as far as withdrawls, Gameday is pretty much the Gold Standard.

im talking to them on-line right now. they said i can't take the money out now, with out that credit card......MOTHERF**kers

They have been great to me when I joined, but this crap is crazy. I even told them, you know I don't mind being a customer with you guys still, but none of you have a idea what to do. I'm like what if my card was stolen..you want me to go find the guy who robbed me???

now she is like, well i have a copy of yesterday's talk between you and our reps, and not once did you ask that question (which I know I did), but than Im like well I know I did, and I talked to someone this morning as well and asked them the same thing, do you have that transcript, and the lady was like, well no I can tget access to it. :mad:

FINALLY!!!!!

i spoke to her manager and he agreed with me, that i don't need the credit card info. She must of been new or something, because she was like, well if the address on your Drivers L, is not right with ours, you will need to send over a utility bill. Makes sense in a way, but gameday sends me T-shirts all the time at my address:shrug:

we will see tomarrow how a withdraw goes, or crap, ill try tonight

After this post I asked for a withdrawl of some my account. It was Credited back to my Debit Card. Got the money in 4 days. Which for that type of withdrawl is good.

Hope its gets straighten out for you Kdogg

Yea i just did a withdrawl this morning. Im gonna probably it will be in there by Saturday maybe even Friday, but we will wait and see....I called them one more time to see if I needed everything else, and they said everything was fine. I used to do the withdrawl for my debit card at BetonSports, and that was a nightmare as well, but with Gameday I have yet to try it...
