Those are some pretty memorable bands there, Fletch, sounds like a great time. Congrats on your Cards play, monkey finally off your back with that team.

And yes, Jack, they gave Drew a steal on that. Was cool with me, have him on my fantasy team!

Night Ranger? Styx? Billy Squier? If Dudley Stew were still around, he's have a field day with this thread. Mr. Stew, you still out there?

Btw: Congrats on the Cards Fletch.

Damn Fletch,

Not only are you a capper, you also are a great judge of music. Hope you had a great time at the festival. GREAT BANDS!!

I'm sure that you heard Styx sing. " Dominominato, Fletch is a capping Roboto" and " Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with (the profits from) Fletch's picks."

Joan Jetts song could probably be applied to many here, "I can see the sadness in your eyes, hard knocks are hard to hide, it can be a long and lonely ride, but it makes you strong inside."

Then again, Molly Hatchets anthem seems apropriate as well, "flirting with disaster, you know what I mean, you know the way we run our lives, it makes no sense to me. I don't know about yourself or what you plan to be. When we gamble with our time (money), we choose our desinty."

Or perhaps Bad Company when they sing, " Could never be what they want him to be, he's stranger than fiction. He's got his past, but he's a mystery. He'll do what he has to to be part of the game."

Night Rangers' classic, "Sister Christian" really sums up what we all go through trying to make it in this biz. You know the one. The longing expressed and the resultant disappointment. Self-explanatory.

Just when people get you down, always remember what Billy Squier said to his detractors, " stroke man, stroke man, you think you're a winner but man you're just as sinner now."

And of course, never forget Christina Aguilera when she sings, " your a genie in a bottle, baby, you have to rub me the right way."

Strangely enough, that may be the most important message of all.

Great Post Dudley!

Also love your posts and your sense of humor Fletch!

Speaking of balls.... we were?

Well... I am.

Looked up balls the other day in Websters.
Baseball, Basketball, Golfball, Voleyball...etc all defined.

Las Vegas Balls

Great picture of fletch with his trousers dropped to his knees bend way over looking back at the camera with a crazy upside down grin. With the biggest set of damned balls I've EVER seen!

Wow Fletch! I knew it was you because you had two fists full of cash!

Keep up the good work!
