I like the 49ers :toast:

Gee who would have thought it must be brotherly love :mj07: . Jim is a hell of a coach and I would love to play for him. You really want the "Harbowl" to happen. There might be a Giant problem to that :tongue

I would rather see the Harbowl but a Giants rematch is fine with me as well.

The Ravens will be there.

It's tough going out west to play the niners and especially after playing GB on the road. I can't believe all the love the Giants are getting. They weren't even supposed to be in the playoffs.

giants win, sf is not as good as advertised..:toast:

Been hearing that for a lot of weeks now:

vs Tampa (3-1) - Won
@Detroit (5-0) - Won
vs NYG (6-2) - Won
vs Pitt (10-3) - Won
vs New Orleans (13-3) - Won

I'll take the better defense and the home team. Niners 20-14

I thInk defensively there pretty even, but the offenses are night and day right now, huge edge to giants,qb play edge to giants, even coaching I give the edge to giants, it all adds up to a GIANT win..

Now would I be shocked it the 49ers won,no but they wont:nono: :nono: :nono: :nono:

if the day long drizzle does happen..

40-50% chance..

it will be a pig sty waller in the crap game..

would advise more serious players to check weather updates.

I have been to watch 9ers in the rain .

those who have seen 9ers on tv or live at the stick have witnessed the steady rain create divots larger than a nine iron with every sharp cut on the field..it has a tendency to get worse as the game wears on..

light drizzle will likely not affect the first half as much because the field has surely been tended to all weak long.

the problem at Kesar and The Stick is the sites are and were below sea level..

for those of us who live in these areas the notion of the sod becoming mush is a general acceptance.

hasn't been that long ago that a game was played at the stick in the drizzle..as I recall field was a mortor zone by the 4th period.

if I was betting big money on this game I would damn sure wait for the field reports from the major news outlets.

plus if ya like SF the side may be as low as pickem at game time.

dropped another 1/2 point a SIA this morning as I placed my rec teaser wager.

good luck

Everyone placing way too much emphasis on how the Giants beat Green Bay.

1. Rodgers missed numerous wide open receivers.
2. Packers had numerous drops by receivers.
3. Giants got a fluke hail mary right before the half solely because of GB ineptitude.
4. Packers had four foolish turnovers, fumbles by Kuhn, Grant and Rodgers, which will not be repeated by the 49ers.
5. Packers had no pass rush. Not so the 49ers.
6. Foolish decision by McCarthy to go for it on 4th down, behind by 7, with 8 minutes left in the game from the Giants 42 yd line instead of punting, and Rodgers getting sacked on the play without even attempting a pass.

Packers gift-wrapped that game and handed it to the Giants. Not going to happen today.

SF by 7 or more.

THIS!

Giants are not playing the Packer defense this week. Completely different ballgame.

Same thing with the Pats.

A week later and still disgruntled..:nono: They smack the shit out of the almighty green bay packers..in my book 37-6. Refs 14

It took 4-5 turnovers for sanfran to win that game, barely, also same can be said about the niners playing vs the saints def, there not the 86 bears..

It just seems when the giants get in they go straight to the top if the mountain(except for 2008..fukin plaxico) same will happen here.
