I'm putting together a write up now but I have to agree, Eddie is one hell of a good guy. Really enjoyed getting a chance to hang out with both he and Wally on Saturday night.

BTW, do you attend any Bama football games? My buddy on the tide coaching staff has been asking me to make the the trip to watch LSU dismantle "your" boys this year. Of course, he left off the dismantle part

I haven't made it back to T-town in 2 years. Was at the UcheaT game last year in ObKnoxville and will be in Lexington to see the Mildcats play the TIDE on Oct. 3. Since they moved the LSU game it falls on the same weekend I'm in South Carolina on a golf trip. I had season tickets for several years but it got to be too much time and money, as much as I loved going.

I had a good time talking to Eddie--of course that derringer he's holding to my head in pic had lot to do with.
Seriously --had great time speaking with him on several occasions-- it is quite amazing how we come away with diff attitude after meeting folks in person--of course I'm sure it could work the other way--but have attended 4 MJ events now and have yet to meet the 1st person that isn't "all aces"

Looks like you all had a great time. How did the tables treat you? I hope we had some winners, it's always fun to take some $$$ from the casinos.

I think he might be an inch or two taller than me, and I'm 6'4". He's rolling around 260lbs as well. Big dude.
The guy is a beast at 6'6 260-280... (after the buffet) :142smilie I thought I was tall but we have some serious size to our group no doubt about it... :SIB

LOL....i did put some food down that evening...

Ok, smartass.
But on a serious note, with much more to follow, there were a few of us slackers left at the saturday dinner. Lawrence asked the waitress to send the manager over while assuring the waitress that she did nothing wrong.
The manager comes over within like 5 minutes and he tells her how great everything was and basically rubbing it in her face that they lost money on the crab legs that he and fdc ate.
Looking at that table at that point? About 15 bowls of downed crab legs strewn all all over the fucking place with 90% being from Lawrence and FDC. The manager responded to a query by fdc about when the restaurant was closing. 5 minutes. FDC literally ran to the buffet and I later heard it was for about a pound of prime rib.
In the meantime, Lawrence and I walked out together and he said something along the lines of 'dude, i'll catch up with you later, gotta hit the bathroom right this minute and it might be a while.'
Yep-another madjack event.
