Killer Joe is better than Premium Rush, that's for sure.

Please stop recommending Killer Joe! It is utter rubbish.

I said it was better than Premium Rush. It IS. Period.

Jon found the best word for it. "Warped" :0008

Yes, it is warped. I have a real problem with movies that are just warped for warped's sake. It had no redeeming features and I think the better word in his review for it was: "Crap"

Did I give it a rating somewhere? I thought I did.

I watched Jackie Brown instead of killer joe..... $1 tarantino flicks on ppv right now....

Jackie brown is very good. I give it 8/10. Long, but kept my interest.

Tonight, I'm thinking killer Joe, but may go with another $1 Tarantino flick.....

I remember seeing Jackie Brown at the theater when it came out and was terribly disappointed. Maybe I had high expectations since I was just becoming a Tarantino fan, but kinda wanted to ask for my money back..........However that was quite a few years ago, maybe I missed something

It is his weakest because it is the only one that didn't come from his imagination. It is his most disappointing flick, but it is still decent.

By the way, if any of you haven't seen True Romance, do yourselves s favor and watch it. It was written by Tarantino and directed by the recently deceased Tony Scott. Fucking great flick!

Actors in True Romance:

Christian Slater
Christopher Walken
Dennis Hopper (hilarious speech about Sicilians)
Patricia Arquette
Brad Pitt (absolutely hysterical role as a stoner before he was BRAD PITT)
James Gandolfini
Val Kilmer
Gary Oldman (hilarious and unrecognizable)
Samuel L. Jackson

Truer Romance is my All-Time favorite movie!

I am told all of the time that I look like Gary Oldman, so I am a bit partial to the movies he is in, but you are absolutely correct as to his recognizability in this movie.

And the bathroom fight scene is one of the best!

True Romance is a great film; Heathers is another that is worth multiple viewings.
And what happened to Christian Slater? Made a couple of fantastic films, then all but disappeared....

:toast: Definitely one of my favorites. That fight scene is very well shot!
