Here is my quick take.
They do not want one website to be any more available to consumers than others.
Companys have been advertising the quick speeds and you pay more you get faster internet for years.
They dont like that and want to run it like a public utility. Everyone has the same access to the same speeds.
Only thing is. Down the road they may decide to charge us themselves for differant things that are now free to us.
sounds like we are fucked.

Wheeler denounced as "nonsense" the claims that the FCC has a secret plan to regulate the Internet. He added, "This is no more a plan to regulate the Internet than the First Amendment is a plan to regulate free speech. They both stand for the same concept."

there is no 'straight poop" as of right now...nobody`s been allowed to read the 300+ pages of regulations aside from the commissioners,sundry high govt. officials(not including congress)and the bureaucrats who put the thing together........
should be made public eventually..

funniest thing is, companys that own licenses and patents make most money
and then comes royalties for trademarks etc...

he will hide safely behind an iron dome
built just for him, seeking solace
behind a wall,
pulling strings,
