BIG ORANGE LAND!!
Ingredients:

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix (dry)

1 tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

8 oz. water (or low-fat milk)

3-6 ice cubes

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender, whip, and serve. I like to use chunky peanut peanut butter and add it last so that it it stays chunky (like peanut brittle) but it tastes just as good with a smoother consistency.

I'm sure you were thinking up that gem while filling your insides up with another puff of nicotine.

At least your little pygmy friend Kosar seemed to find one of your posts amusing.

Not interested, S-Love. You seem to have enough enemies and/or people that despise you around here already. You can be funny at times also. How about I give you a great big ol' 'LOL' next time I chuckle at one of your posts? Would that make you feel better, Ab-man?

On the course!
Done busing tables already?

BTW.......You sure seem to know a lot about "getting protein in other ways". Seems you mention it about every third post that you make. I guess you need those rock hard abs to make it as a "boy-toy" in that world of yours?

I think if you really thought you were anything to look at, you would have plastered some pics of yourself for us to see. I'm sure that you are just another sub-standard schlub, trundling your way through the daily grind.

Go get 'em, Dash Riprock!

oh yeah- and how was the vacation in Florida-must've been great to escape those rough Wisconsin summers to the cool dry confines of FLA in the middle of June.

Still waiting for those exciting Medivac copter shots to be posted!!

Vacation was fine. I highly recommend you try and take one some day.

They have plenty of seafood places down there hiring experienced workers. Of course, it would require you going more than 50 miles from home to get there.
