The sun will be shining a year from now........and I'll be out about 4 grand, and you won't have realized one red cent.

Tell me again who wins?

The corporate tax breaks he gave out in the beginning have the corporations winning this battle. So you lost. Thousands of workers lost but the very few people who run the corporations won. Oh and DTB, Mags, Skulldick, and Hedgepod won. Not really sure what these dopes won but if ya ask them they are as happy as can be. Oh and Fox news won. Somehow yet again they have found enuf dopes to ride with their agenda.

Chad:

Here is a pretty good background article of what went on behind the scenes. It appears that Walker was not bargaining in the press as the Dems were.

I'm sure you won't believe it, as you'll think it is slanted, but it seems pretty plausible to me...

You guys act lke the sky is falling.. it is a nice sunny day in Wisconsin today. And I bet it still will be so a year from now......

Mags, while I appreciate the link, I read through the entire thing and see ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in it showing any kind of negotiation, proposal, discussion between Walker and the unions prior to his bill. That's why I asked - I haven't seen any report of that anywhere, and you said that is what happened. Now, it seems you are backing down from that statement with an article that discusses almost entirely what happened after this timeframe.

I will mention that yes, I certainly consider the reporting from The Weekly Standard to be about as slanted towards conservative views as any site I can think of, and I would think even you would admit that its content certainly represents that view. But, I'm fine looking at that story as it is, because it doesn't show anything I can see to back up your claim.
