Pretty simple and one of my favorites


Saute 1/2 pound of medium shrimp peeled and deveined in a little oil and old bay seasoning. Add to a french roll with lettuce, tomato, mayo and/or any other topping you prefer and enjoy.

Did anyone make these sandwhiches? I thought the posters were suppose to make the sandwhiches and then share the recipes, almost all of these sandwhiches were copied and pasted. I could copy and paste a sandwhich and tell you how good it is.
JR11's sandwhich looks like he made it but the others could of come off of Bobby Flay's website.
I wanted to see exactly what you made

How about this for a sandwich.
This is not my idea, but I have made it a few times, using different cheese,hot peppers etc.

I used a loaf of hard crusted Italian bread, 3 rib eye steaks 1 lb mushrooms, an onion and some bacon.
Hollow out bread

Cook that shit

try to leave the steaks a little rare as they will carry over cook a little more in the sandwich
Shove one of the steaks in the bread

Sauce the steak

I like to have to halves of the sandwich different so I use half thick worchschire sauce and half dijon mustard and horse radish sauce
layer of bacon

layer of swiss cheese

stuff in as much of the mushroom and onion mixture you can

then the other steak along with the juices from the pan

a little more sauce

put the top of the loaf back on

wrap in butchers paper

I used 140lbs of weight and let it sit for 4 hours
take weight off

Mine are copy and paste jobs, but I have made all of them at one time or another (I have them printed out in a recipe book) and they are all super tasty.

I'm sure they are good, but it's like seeing a restraunt comercial, it looks a lot better on TV then in person.
