I accidentally ate one of those peppers. A piece, anyway.
Buddy of mine outside of San Marcos, TX lets old Mexican woman pick fresh prickly pear cactus pads from plants on his spread every spring. Old woman makes napolitos outta them and gives him a few jars. Mmmmm! Good!
But once I saw one of those habaneros with the napolitos and tried a bite, not quite sure what it was (I like hot peppers some) and hadda drink lotta water and booze to kill it! Sweated bad. Not pleasant. The drooling you see in video is a part of it. Some dribbled on my chin and I wiped it with hankerchief, then wiped sweat off brow---and my forehead stung for 15 minutes too!
I used to buy hot peppers from the produce dept. for my parrot. One day I bought these and told the ex that they were so hot that they burned my fingers while I cut them up. He informed me that there was NOTHING too hot for him and popped one into his mouth. Like the kid in the video, he chewed and, as soon as he swallowed, he exploded. He went running to the nearest bathroom and stuck his mouth under the faucet, rinsing his mouth with cold water and spewing the whole time! Sadistic bitch that I am, I almost pissed myself laughing!
