Seriously though, I'll be 41 in a month and a half. Are these number that bad?? He put me on propranolol . :scared

Lets just say those numbers are not that good. High all accross the board. Change ur diet and get serious with it and fuk those pills.

Ideal for me is 215 to 220

I hate to tell you this, but these numbers are way off. The ideal weight for someone 5'11" is around 160 pounds. If you are well-muscled at that height you should be around 180. Even if you have a huge frame you should be under 200 pounds to be healthy.

From what I understand you are going to start experiencing some major health concerns over the next few decades if you don't drop that excess baggage. Best of luck!
