Two reasons that I can think of to gamble on sports are fun or money.
It doesn't make sense to me if you do this for money because it would be like paying additional vig on both wins and losses. Without a service, you only pay a small vig on the losses.
If you're like me it's a hobby. Would you pay someone to go fishing for you?

Ban the idiots who post against the rules.
Maybe even have someone monitor the picks and report who's hot. Again, if half of the users "honestly" don't read the service picks and the other half like to see then fine, post them.
I think more people here look at those picks than they admit.
