Steve I grew up in Huntsville and we had a couple courses there that we played a lot in college and after
moved to Nashville and hadnt played in 4-5 years and got in a drunk bet one night with guys that played all the time ... went out next day and shot 2 under using their discs and beat em all :0074
and havent played since
Don't understand how you could go that long without playing. You must not have that gene that my friends and I talk about that makes us fascinated by watching a disc rotate through the air. If you're baked and watching a tie dye disc, its almost a spiritual experience.
We use the expression, "banging chains." My question was whether when you were playing 20 years ago if they were still using trees for targets instead of metal baskets. Which they probably were in some places, but most places had switched to standard metal disc golf targets.
