Maybe you should start a Hedgehog hunting season so when those that have joined TU in the hunt have a designated season and may be able to control their stalking behavior. This way if the stalk out of season you can ban them for poaching. I mean, this can't be any worse of an idea to get obsessed with an internet persona. Can it?
