With that garbage, I'm sure it doesn't matter much. Prep is the absolute WORST part! Even if it does clean you out. You really want to get cleaned out good for a few days, it's not as good as going to the Doctor and doing that but there is a particular laxative out there called Senna that will clean you out completely and you'll feel better after doing it. Better have a toilet nearby though.
