kanuck...here`s a delicious lunch or dinner....

go out and buy yourself some "better n` eggs"(no fat...it`s egg whites, which has the protein but not the fat and cholesterol that the egg yolks have)....it`s a healthy egg substitute...i`d buy the little three pack if your cooking for yourself...or the larger package for the family....

get a couple nice hard rolls or some french bread...

buy some low fat swiss or pepperjack cheese

but some nice onions, red and green peppers and some canola oil(wesson, whatever brand...canola`s pretty heart healthy as long as you don`t go crazy)....

cut the onions into half rounds, cut up the peppers....

put some canola oil in a non-stick pan...just enough to sautee....heat...add the onions first, let `em soften, then add the peppers...

in another non-stick pan, spray a little pam in the bottom......shake the better`n eggs, pour into the pan......watch the eggs...don`t let em stick...don`t keep the flame to high...

brown one side then flip the eggs, and then add a piece of swiss or pepperjack cheese.....cover the pan to melt the cheese.....

grill the rolls up..

slap it all together for an ass-kicker meal or a nice lunch with a cold beer...

you can microwave some "green giant simply steam " garden veggie medley(potatoes, peppers, sugar snap peas....they`re delicious).....

voila...heaven...and not to hard on the heart or the waist line...

My diet is simple and it works. Don't eat anything white.......bread, potatoes, rice, pizza, etc etc...........white women are OK.

Oatmeal for breakfast and oatmeal for lunch. An apple or a pear or some fruit in between. Not very festive but not too bad.

Here are some items that are healthy to eat:

Breakfast: Oatmeal, low-fat yogurt, egg substitutes, light cottage cheese, cantaloupe.

Lunch/Dinner: Chicken and fish. Filet for your beef.

Veggies: fresh (not canned or frozen) broccoli, green beans or any other type of vegetable:00hour . Salad is good, in particular, spinach greens (vs. other types of lettuce).

Fruit: Any fruit is good, but bananas have the most calories, so they should be a last resort.

Basically, you're supposed to combine protein and carbs in each meal.

Stay away from: ANY type of bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, creams and sauces (salad dressings and gravy), Beer/alcohol goes straight to your belly. It goes without saying desserts and such are out.

Good point. Water is VERY good for you. Cut out all the pop and other beverages (high in calories). People don't realize that they DRINK a high percentage of their calories for the day. After they do that, they are still hungry.

As for the tree bark, well, I can't comment.

listen to kelly and

no fast food, matter of fact, no eating out at all, no butter, no white breads, no sweets, nothing fried, no potatos, no grease.

read labels.

do that for 3 months and lose 10%-15% of your weight if you're over.
