It doesn't cease to amaze me how certain individuals- Jabberwocky-, who do not post ANY picks, info, or analysis on this GAMBLING site, are allowed to bash the plays of those who do contribute.
I didn't bash his pick. Merely stated my analysis of the fight. It was a total mismatch. KOD knows boxing, just got this pick wrong. Thats all.. Theyd fight 100 times and I couldnt imagine a different result. Completely outclassed.
you are right Cie, I do need to contribute, and it was a nasty exchange with KOD. Scott contributes alot to this site and I should do the same. It was the "bend over" comment that set me off and I truly apologize. I have never bashed Scott's picks and I never will, I was just being a smartass for his posting in the general forum. I should not have.

Hey it was a big dog fight and Klit was supposed to win.
I just liked the chance of Iggy winning when I could lay 1300 to win over 5 grand. I got in early so the value was there in my mind.
Sometimes plays dont work out. Its part of sports wagering.
I won both other fights this year in boxing and I have some cash to take some chances.
Its why I gamble.

I didnt watch the Holyfield fight with Iggy and it wasnt available on youtube or anywhere I could find. That fight would have told me what would happen.
Again its a chance you take gambling. Boxing can be very difficult sport to win at. I could not do it day in and day out. But I love to concentrate on one fight and try to figure out the play.

Ibramovic had an awful game plan. I really cant remember him landing even a decent punch. Vlad could have knocked him out early if he wasn't such a pussy.. it was a boring fight imo.
yes, you did post a subtle bash towards scott and his pick. if the fight was completely opposite with scott winning, i highly doubt you would have shown up in this thread.

Wlad style and his formidable jab is what won him this fight. The reason it was such a boring fight is that Wlad hesitated to throw his right hand because that would have allowed Iggy to clock him with a counter left. He was unwilling to take that chance and he didnt have to.
Manny is a very smart corner man and Wlad is lucky to have him. He knew Wlad could win the fight just by pounding the jab in . Iggy landed a total of 29 punchs because of it.
Wlad is not a pussy by no stretch of the imagination. He is a proven professional . I doubt there is a heavyweight contender available that will be able to figure out how to circumvent that left jab without getting tagged. Right handed fighters are toast for Wlad.

In my early years at madjacks I was probably one of the worst bashers you guys had seen. I did not know what I was doing and just disrupted about every thread I posted in. I was banned several times and warned alot too.
I am thankfull you and IE and the other administrators saw something in me to allow me to stay.
I have learned everything I know about handicapping from the wonderful people that have posted at Madjack Sports over the years.
I get my share of bashers still but as you have said in the past, I deserve alot of it as I bring it on myself. I can handle that.
I just think its part of the fun for me trying to win. There will always be people on the other side or with differant ideas about how to win.

You are making a hypothetical statement that has very little merit (you must work for the NY Times).
I didn't bash Scott. I like the guy. I bashed Ibragimov, his game plan, and his style of fighting. I make bad bets all the time, if someone says that guy sucked, that doesnt mean I'm a bad capper. It means that guy i bet on did poorly.
If you would have watched the fight you would have echoed my thoughts. Im sure if we ask Scott if he would take the same bet again after watching that fight and looking at the punch statistics we would know his answer.
