I agree. Its like coaches yell and rant about the smallest things. I've seen things like field goal attempts and everything looks perfect, the kick is good, and the damn coach is on the sideline mad as hell.
Nothing wrong with wanting perfection but its more like they just want to act like they know so much or something.
They make players bust their ass all week and then its the last play of the game and pretty much concede.
Sure, prob. not going to run that kick back. But do something like Cal did against Stanford in '82. Put 6 or 7 option QB's in and start the fun. Or tell the guy to fall on it and see if we can get one play. Jeez.
