Jay Cutler, duh......and Favre? or Brady?

Like I said, I think only ImFeklhr can help me out this week. Obviously you guys have no clue!!

Although Agent has done a bit better than smurph. I will allow that Brady is good-looking, just not my type. I will also admit that Favre was a runner up for the last spot, but he didn't make the final cut. We still have three contenders for that spot. The first two are a :padlock: :padlock:

Cutler didn't make it? BS!

And hell I would fukc Tom Brady, gimme a break!:com:

Is it Matt Schaub?

:142smilie

As far as the 'committee', uh it's MY dog! I can remove said dog whenver I choose. How can the board be made up of the contestants themselves? That doesn't sound very fair. Sounds RIGGED to me!

Don't force me to form my own committee to look into your committee. Sponge will head up my entourage if you know where I'm coming from.

Committee.........:mj07:

Sincerely,

Larry David

Yeah, although he did 'move' some out the other day...he still isn't feeling great.

He's out, Bears in...that's it!

:00hour

MEL CANT LOSE HIS JOB TO INJURY!:nono: when he's feeling better, i expect to see his docile presence chomping on losing biscuits again.

I think the committee will have to review this change. After all, it is stated in the bylaws:

One player must begin and finish the contest. There is no substitution due to extenuating circumstances such as constipation, dumbness, or general apathy.

I think it would be unfair to give up on Mr. Mel after just two weeks. Do you see me giving up?

My vote is that Mel can be replaced due to injury - which he clearly is. We could all see in the video (Week 2 Selection Show) that he just wasn't right. The last thing I want to see happen here is for Mr. Mel's safety to be jeopardized because of his dedication to this contest. ...I know Kramer doesn't agree with that sentiment :firing: :mj23: :bigun: , but I'm not a member of Bad Newz Kennels like him.

Bear is in for as long as Mel is on the PUP list. ...."Pup"....sometimes I'm funny despite myself.

Why don't you give Bill a shot at the contest?

It looks like the vote is 1-1 that Mel can be replaced. Kramer will be the deciding vote (although Smurphy seems a bit schizo on the issue, first he declares quite loudly in all caps "MEL CANT LOSE HIS JOB TO INJURY!" then in his next post "My vote is that Mel can be replaced due to injury"...who knows what's going on in his head...)

It is obvious that Agent CANNOT wait to see who the hottest three quarterbacks in the league are. Unfortunately, until the final spot is decided, I just cannot divulge the top two, although I will let on that you have guessed ONE of them.

And Smurphy is SO far off I am really beginning to wonder about him... Lorenzen :mj07: :mj07:

Here's who is in consideration for that third and final spot...we will have to wait until ImFeklhr weighs in with his thoughts...

Philip Rivers...

What I meant is that proverbial "can't lose your job because of injury" thing that some coaches follow like idiots.

As long as Mel is hurt (which he clearly is) my vote is that Bear fills in as the prognosticating pooch.

...and to be honest, I actually don't mind if Mel and Bear start platooning. It is pretty shady the way Mel got the starting job anyway. Blowing Agent might get you into the starting rotation, but doesn't mean you'll win anything.

Whatever you think smurph. I'm just worried because this Bear character is SUBSTANTIALLY brighter than Mr. Mel, and I could soon be losing to all "folks" in the contest...

Come to think of it, Wesis69 should have a vote on this matter as well. Afterall, he entered a wager against Mr. Mel - not Bear or Bill or a different dog.

So there are 4 votes that matter: Is it OK for Bear to take over capping duties for an ailing Mr. Mel?

smurphy: YES
hippo: NO
kramer: ?
wesis69: ?

Don't you think Mr. Mel should get a vote too? I mean, Eli got to say that he felt well enough to play this week, shouldn't Mel get the same consideration? Agent might be hyping his "condition" just because he has grown out of favor with him or something. Who knows...

You bring up great points. I don't put anything past Agent obviously. How would we know if Mel's vote is genuine anyway?

I guess we should just wait and see how Kramer and Wesis vote. ...In case of tie, do we go best record?

I'm going to put Mr. Mel through some intensive 2-a-days.

If he 'can't go' (so to speak:mj07: ), then he just can't go! Bear is ready and waiting in the wings.

Good thing I didn't go with the original plan of shitting on the sports page:scared
