Hippo-Phart NFL Contest 2012-2013

Hey guys,

It's that time of year again. Just trying to get a head count on the interest that there is in playing this year.

Quick overview is: $25 entry fee, make 3 selections per week (sides or totals) from the lines posted on Wednesday, each win gets you a point....and you have the option to double 1 game and make it worth 2 points. I'll hunt down the official rules from the past and post them soon. I plan on making a couple of slight modifications this year.....in the playoff point system and in payouts

The top 2 will be paid, the regular season winner will be paid, and last place for the season will be paid.

my suggestion for this year is we carve out a portion of the fees to go to a pool with the goal to guess the correct amount of participants that drop out of the contest.

Finally, your self-appointed dictatorship and assumed right to change rules as you see fit creates havoc among the minions.
