Fox News had a guest on that is telling them hospitals are counting each case multiple times as new cases. Basically, every time the same patient is tested, that positive test is reported as a new case.
I wonder how that would affect the mortality rate? The Fox News host didn't have the presence of mind to ask that. If you want a real panic, drive the death rate up exponentially.
