Quick and simple for the few visitors....

2nd - got a TON of stuff going on in this one. Too much to write down here, and don't expect anybody to play along, but the keys are the no. 3 and 5.

3rd race - no. 2

5th: 3,4<->1,2,3,4 zactas

6th : 1,4<->6,9 zactas

7th: Remember "my" Cowgirlsinthesand hoss? You know - the one that keeps running last on me while I'm singing "Knight Riders in the Sky"? NOT inviting anybody to go along with this play... but she's the no. 9 and in addition to a little (VERY little) across the board action on her I also got her in zactas... BOX 4,8,9. Some day that nag is gonna absolutely SHOCK THE WORLD of racing (LOL) and it will be on the turf. Not saying that day is today though. ??

If she goes off at anything under 30-1, she's OVERbet.

The "Girlsstuckinthemud" horse actually beat 3 hosses today and one of them (no. 6) ain't a bad one either. Also, she raced VERY wide. That COULD mean she's setting up for the "shocker"
You DO wanna be on her when she finally does POP. Only follow this one up on TURF and hope that she doesn't start finishing 2nd or 3rd before she does pop cause that will kill the price when she does. She went off at 35-1 plus today. :0034


ASS BURNER OF THE DAY

Was it ever! Did you see that freakin 5th race? I played the 3 and the 4 (the two I REALLY liked) heavier (zactas) over the 1,2,3,4 than under those 4 horses. I could not imagine the 1,2, or or even the 4 not getting in the exacta.
Did you see two horses in that race getting out of the gate DEAD last by at least 15-20 lengths down the backstretch? Yeah, thems were the 3 and the 4.

Check out the chart or the replay and you'll know what I'm talking about. BTW, that's what's bad about putting the plays in hours before the races start without seeing the oddsboard. I knew I wouldn't be around to watch the races live today and had to put them in early. You can believe I woulda had a nice side order on the winner at 15-1 or maybe a very nice zacta if I decided to do the wheel job on the 15-1 which was the hoss I did like the bestest in the race, but not by much over the no. 4.

If you saw my early posts about what to do (make that -> WHAT I DO) whenever you come up with two picks in a race - wheel one top/bot and play the other on the side WIN/Place or W/Pl/Show. Philly is a good place to do that methinks. BUT, ya gotta handicap them real careful like and make sure you DO like two hosses in the race quite a bit better than all the others cause that can get real costly after a few losses. Turned out that woulda worked out real nice for this race, which met the conditions for doing that perfectly. I didn't cause (1) I knew I couldn't see the bastageds live today and (2) there were 5 playable races today and that woulda meant going overboard on the betting for the day.

Guess that's hoss wacin. Got a much worser ass burner last week and the next day hit a decent ($238) zacta. Yeah, it was a "2-6 box" exacta too. So I guess them things even out.

Two more days of Philly Phun, and I'll post if I see you two guys and/or Nosigar (him knows how to use a keyboard too) around.
