On the course!
"Older" people have probably thought every "next thing" was going to be the ruination of mankind.

"These new kids with their 'fire'.......we never had fire!"

What generation doesn't bitch about what they didn't have, and now it's a problem?

I'll bet electricity was frowned upon! Indoor toilets, cars, air conditioning, radio, tv, computers, and on and on.

We'll manage.

This is not a texting vs calling issue. What I'm talking about, and what I think these cartoons are depicting are the countless people who can't even interact with others normally. I'm referring more to people tweeting, on facebook, on Instagram, playing games, etc. People can't even put their phones down for 10 minutes.

I wonder if its can't put down their phones or don't want to. They are communicating, just not with this people in their physical location. It can be annoying, but I don't see it changing.
