Gotta call BS on this one till I see a georgia statute. Might be different in other states, but we didnt even have a truck seatbelt law until a few months ago, doubt they have gotten to the serious problem of cement in the mailbox:shrug: And yes the thought of a little preemtive strike has crossed my mind:facepalm:

other thing i have learned.. if kids like to ding dong ditch you at 3am... you can't sit in the bushes, wait for them to ring the doorbell.. and then jump out and try to break their finger.

I agree with Spartan, I have done all these and many more when I was younger. The best thing we did was take peoples cement lion statues, and the put them all on one girls front porch. By the end of summer there were about 30 of them on the side of her house.
