I believe that the `boys` signing of Darren McFadden is going to turn out to be a downright shockingly solid move...

this guy was,and with the right surrounding cast, can again be a very good back....not a bellcow...but a solid contributor...

mired in Oakland behind that horseshit front office, the guy was doomed to fail...but moving to the cowboys(a contendaer with an excellent supporting cast and one of the best offensive lines in football),I think we might see a renewed McFadden....I think he can really help you guys...

he was always really talented...more than likely, dallas will pick up either a young stud in the draft or an experienced hand to shoulder the main load.....but I believe that,if given an opportunity, mcfadden may turn back the clock a bit......

I think jerry jones is getting sharper as he ages....keep an eye on McFadden....if he gets an opportunity,i expect him to surprise some folks...

You are right weasel, BOWL bound I tell you. Off to the promised land......

I don't understand this sentiment. The Eagles have had a top five offense in Chip's first two years, neither of which with anything close to a top ten quarterback. Not sure how his scheme is not coordinating to the NFL?

Chip is guilty of having some Rex Ryan in him, only caring about one side of the ball. I am happy he is at least trying to address that, losing big games 35-31 is getting to be a bit much. Impossible to evaluate this trade just yet, because it is the first of many moves. Picking up a nice player in Alonso helps, but the 9 million in cap savings is big since they still have to replace 3/4ths of the secondary.

The game does evolve - people do not run the wing T or Power I anymore. This might not work long term, who knows, but I don't understand just dismissing his 20-12 record and labeling Chip as the next Spurrier, seems foolish.

Love my eagle fans B...a top 5 offense and a 20-12 record doesn't mean jack to me when you zero quality wins. I checked back quickly and it appeared they lost to every decent team they played last year. Losing 35-31 does not excite me to see what will happen next. This guy got rid of the one receiver on the eagles to stretch the field. If you can't do that forget about being relevant. Then you bring in a back with over 350 carries last year? Are you familiar with the trends of these type of backs? It's not good. Again chip bucking the history of the nfl. Should we be excited about Bradford who was immobile to begin with.and has torn his acl twice. Dude I'm cringing as I type this. I don't see them breaking 500 this year and a top 5 offense? If those numbers come it will be in garbage time. I'm going for 3 years in a row without watching an eagles game (except when they lost to the saints) and that's after not missing one game for 18 years
