CBS is half decent today.

I use the ScoreMobile app. You mark the games you want to follow and they are shown at the top of the list. You can also view by conference. It also has stats, odds, notifications, etc.

I use that too and think it's probably the best but not real convenient when I'm sitting here at my desk.

Nothing worse when you check a score site says your team is winning then go back later and the score is changed cuz they were wrong!
