it never ceases to amaze me. nobody with an iq over 10 can actually bet these. you want to give a book that's most likely not going to be around in 15 years, a bet that most likely won't get graded for 15 years.

its a joke, and people should be casterated if they bet em. and the books should be ashamed of themselves.

don't know what book you got them at, but if i had to guess, it would be sia, bet royal, or sportsbook.com sounds like something any one of those 3 would do.

yes, but BDB - don't forget about the little old lady that made a bet in London in the early 60's that someone would land on the moon before 1970 and got paid handsomely for it.

I thought the same thing, BDB. The book is one of Jack's sponsors, so I'll refrain from posting their name.

That's code for "I know there are posters here dumb enough to play that stuff".

Under 50 on Kobiashi would be the play. If I remember correctly (could be wrong of course), I don't think he ate but about 48 last year.

BDB, and others from LA might have a differing opinion.....

Pinks hotdogs are the best. I think they're just off Melrose. It's a dive of a joint to look at, but plenty of "celebs" stop by daily.

Last time I was there, Cosby stopped in, then John Ritter, both within 30 min.

the fact that you saw ritter there might just be a strong indictment of the place (and hot dogs in general) :scared

I agree...my local grocery started carrying them recently. They are about $2 more than Ballparks but geez...they are delicious.

Kobayashi Under...just like last year, no need to go over 50 to win comfortably.
