it's been more than a year i've been following that forum and it's incredible the nice info i found on that site. Many thanks to all of you who helped me to put $$$ in my pocket. For those of you who follow nascar, i have a tricky question for you....

I have 2 accounts with offshores and both didn't want to upgrade my winnings in nascar matchups concerning Rusty Wallace vs D.Earnhart Jr. They told me because Dale didn't finish a lap, it is like a no action and Vegas hasn't paid anybody on that matchup
so they don,t have to.... I,m quite upset about this and told them they should grade it
because on the official Nascar website, i see Dale Earnhart Jr on the results and he is 43rd. If he wouldn't have race at all on sunday, i would understand but he was racing no? What Guys do you think about this????
Does anybody know if a casino in Vegas paid Wallace on that matchup or it has been declare no action as they say????

Many thanks!!!! ;-)

My friend, you have officially screwed. I had this matchup, and it is a winner. It isnt your fault that he got wrecked out in the first lap. Would it have been different if he had wrecked in the second lap? I think not. I suggest you get with Jack with this, he has inside tracks on a lot of books, and if it isnt a book that he endorses. I suggest that you work hard on them getting them to grade your bet properly. If not I suggest you take your money out of that book, ask the many good minds at this forum and join a reputable book, that isnt out to screw you.

i got this from another site after looking around
---------------------------------

from don best Note: Please be advised the grade of action/no action on the Earnhardt Jr.
vs Wallace matchup is at each books discretion.

Some books may have certain rules that action may be based on:

1. Both racers starting the race constitutes action.

2. Both racers must complete at least one lap for action.

*Both racers did start the race, with Earnhardt Jr. not completing
one complete lap.

In my opinion, that is complete horsecrap. Sounds to me like a little rule making as they go along. If the shoe were switched and you had placed the money on Dale JR, I would bet my money to say that the book would take the money in that instance too.

Here is an example.... IN the Super Bowl I had a prop that said Ron Dayne would get over 13 yards or something like that. Well he "Played" but he was a blocking back for like 2 plays. I lobbyed for the fact that he didnt "play" well the book took my money much to my dissatisfaction.

Bottom line, I would say that they were gonna get your money no matter what...

Thats why i say, SCREW THE MAN, lets not let him take our money anymore. I want to see him starve and laying on a street corner

Madjack,

They exactly told me it was no action because
of your explanation number 2 (action if complete one lap so Earnhart didn't...)

The Big Tease,

I agree completely with you that i've been screwed and i'm sure i would have lost my ass$$$ if i have taken Earnhart Jr....

I had 6 matchups with them and though i ended
up 5 and 1 but instead it is 4-1-1. Made nice profit but could have been more profitable...

I'm going to call them this morning and let you all know this evening when i'll get back from my job about the end of this even if i don't think they will change their mind.....

If i could only give them some names of offshores or casinos that gave Earnhart Jr as a winner, it might change their mind because i've never had problems with them in the past. Anyhow, thanks for your help! I appreciate it!

The Big Tease,

Can you give me the name of your offshore or casino that has paid you this matchup??? They still don't want to pay me unless i give them names from places where they graded
it as a winning bet... ;-(

I told them i'll give their name on this site (if Madjack agree!)if they don't move on but it doesn't seem to bother them... Give me just a place and i might have my money$$$ ;-)

I'll let you know what is going on later!

That is to bad. You have books that can be just lkke some of the scam cappers. The rule is there, but first I ever new of it. I do believe those who had Dale JR over other drivers. Paid. Take your money and get out. See other sites here check them out.
