DENVER ?Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller told a reporter that the team fines players for flatulence.

According to news reports, Broncos General Manager John Elway instituted a "fart tax" during team meetings.

Denver Post reporter Nicki Jhabvala asked Miller about the team's policy on flatulence. Miller confirmed the team policy and said, "I keep telling them it's not healthy if I just sit there and hold it in. Nobody in the world does that. I just do it more than the average person."

Miller says other players have been fined, but that he's been fined the most.

Imagine being in a small meeting room with your OL who averages 365 pounds.

For lunch they had consumed all you can eat loaded greasy chili, beans, pasta.

It was washed down with gallons of icey cold beer, and for dessert they had a quart of ice cream apiece.

I could easily see it being a very "explosive" meeting ....perhaps it is in compliance with local labor safety laws?:shrug:
