a good lesson for the rest of us...appreciate all that you have...
look around....at all the things we take for granted every day... and realize how blessed we are to have our health and how lucky we are to live in america/canada....
ya` see,i`m actually looking forward to the ravens exhibition opener with kyle boller statrting at qb tomorrow night(how`s that for a pathetically positive attitude)...

I feel great today and it is my 34th birthday. Thanks for all who gave me so much support and it feels great to be alive today. Looking forward to many more birthdays.
