Just got the run around from olympic !!!!!!! I sent money out at 10:30 central time. Call in the controll number and all that at 10:35. Went in to check account and lines at 11:40 no money in my account? I call in got the run around for 10 minute ask for Wally and he is off ask for who in charge told Bobby. I talk to him and gives me a number to call rings and rings. I call back now it 12:05 get told western union has been down all day and my money should have been sent to jamaica. I was told that by O'b rien in accounting.He said a meno was put out at 9:00. These poeple are f**** in the head know no told me there was a problem at 10:20 when I asked about the transfer or at 10:35 when I called in the controll number.I'm not sure what you can do but there customer service s*** and I want all to know that. Last time I sent money out the girl gave me the wrong name for that location. This will be the last time I deal with olympic if this is how they treat customers and manage there poeple. :thefinger :moon: :nono:

Have you tried sending them an email. Last year, I had a problem getting my monthly schedule from them and Spiro took care of the problem himself, and that was for a schedule. I would think he would put this as a greater importance than the problem I had. Give it try. Good Luck

I had to go back to western union and change the location thanks. The point I'm trying to make is there customer service s***** that the point. I will not do bussiness with them again and just want people to know that.

I solved my problem myself. Olympics customer service s##### I missed all the morning games and had to waste 2 hours of my time. that b**** s***
Also on sunday the main man is gone thats no way to do business ? I KNOW EVERYONE NEEDS A DAY OFF BUT KNOWONE WAS IN CONTROL?I called Chirs out becuase last time when Wally step up it was the right thing and chris was on_line.

It would be differant if Olympic didnt send you out your money on time. But putting it in you got to understand that things may happen during this process. All books have this happen.
And if you wanted to play it right then, dont wait until the last minute to deposit money. Do it ahead of time as sometimes transactions go awry.
Olympic is a quality sportbook and been nothing but professional in everything I have ever done with them. Alot will atest to that. Man I would hate to have a real problem with you along for the ride.

Yes, costa rica, correction on my part was thinking of another form of deposit...and had country wrong from orgination when answering.
I still think i might take Karol up on her offer Sportsnut13 so that she and Spiros might be able to find out where the mis-communication panned out or what the source of the problem today was.... it could help in the future.

I use Olympic myself. They are slow at times with deposites to the account. You may want to plan ahead better, allow for mistakes with Western Union. My 1st deposite was suppose to take 15 minutes to clear and ended up taken almost 3 hours. I guess it can be difficult to find competant help to pick up 3 dimes. You may want to keep them as a book. Half-time lines are up the fastest there from my experience. Lots of $$ to be made there. Just my opinion. You have to allow for some F'ups in the business world.
