You are a narrowminded idiot.

Sec, that isn't nice. You telling me that people who pierce there eyelids, nipples, lip, tounge, and nose are not crying out for someone to notice them? Kinda strange thing to do. Kinda like Tats. One on the side of the arm or one on boths sides is okay but all over your body when you can't even tell if the guy has a shirt on or not is crying out to be notice.

I have a tat my forearm, shoulder & shoulder blade. I did none as a scream for attention. People who think that what tats are about are just flat our dumb.

It is simply a way of expressing yourself or remembering or signifying something significant in your life. Just like taking a picture, writing a card or poem, writing in a journal or whatever.....just a different method.

Sounds like you are just a little different than most people, to each his own. Personally I think tattoos are trash.

:iagree: ....my daughters suggested that I get one of my dog Jakey for my 50th birthday and that I did. It's the one I use as my avatar. The guy did a fantastic job with it and I don't have it there for attention as I never have my shirt off. Just as you say above, signifying etc.

The concept of either is ridiculous. And nothing, I mean nothing, is worse than a tattoo on a chic..

Although I do appreciate the term "tramp stamp"....quite fitting...

None of my tats are visible in business attire.

I have absolutely zero regrests about any of my ink, quite the contrary, I am proud of it.

It is really no different than wearing a baseball cap all the time or some logo name brand shirts....dont give me the bs I can a hat off, cause I can always put a shirt on to cover them up if a situation I need to do so arises.

Its part of who I am, if that makes me trash in anyones mind than I will happily take the title.....much better than being a closed minded worthless shit that cant accept anything different themselves.

Its a concept that goes back over 3600 years old....not many 'concepts' have survived that long.

Hairy armpits or rotten teeth could be a close second

Each his own, I've seen and have been pretty impressed with some that I've seen on women. I wouldn't even question or try talking my daughters or wife out of getting one. Matter of fact my wife has a small one of my name on her hip and it's been there for ???? years and she's far from a tramp. If either of them were to get one I'd only give my opinion on whether I'd think it to be too much but the final decision would be their own of course...they're all adults and not even close to tramps.....they're real classy women.
