For the past couple weeks I stopped eating bread, potatoes, pizza, rice and any form of wheat. I feel so freaking good and the extra weight I've been carrying is just falling off. This all started when my Doc thought I could have a wheat/gluten allergy.
He said don't eat anything white......bread, potatoes, you get it by now. Just thought I'd mention this for anyone that might want to lose some weight. I do run 4 days a week too, this also is helping me.................good luck
