I've noticed it too. I can't even hit a two team $20 parlay anymore because I can't pick two in a row. Poker no luck.. Slots, forget it.. Do you think we,re using up our luck,just on living?

I know exactly what you mean. I can never be there for the big win.I can be close to having a big day but something always backfires now a days. Used to have a lot better luck when I was young. It's not from lack of trying either cause I love the action. Maybe it's a confidence thing. We roll dice at our club $1 a roll one time per day..Roll 5 of a kind= $1000. One guy has done it 4 times.... probably 6 guys 3 times. Me- zip ,nil ,shit. I feel like the reason they're so lucky.As a matter fact I guess I am. You got to be nuts not to roll though. Right?

I've never hit a royal in my entire life (granted, I don't play a ton of video poker but still, not a single one). But two months ago, I sat next to you while you played for maybe two hours, and you hit one. So they still come occasionally!

My luck was all bunched up in my early-mid 30's. Everything good seemed to always happen, particularly gambling. 7-team parlays, royal flushes ....did I ever tell you about the dealt royal on 100-play machine? :mj07:

My 40's have been sent from Hell so far. Career fell apart, cant drink without blacking out, DUI, no more royal flushes, no more parlays, etc etc. :violin:

I played craps with this guy a few months ago who bet a quarter on a hard 8, said "hard 8", rolled a hard 8, parlayed that hard 8, then rolled it again 2 rolls later. All I remember after that was the dude getting pushed a lot of purple chips! :142smilieopcorn2
