Old School my man, we don't even have AC! Don't need it. But you can golf year round. 40 here is like 70 in Midwest, no humidity and sun is strong.

Not with white golf balls obviously--and must be only place greenskeepers let you walk/play on frozen greens as it appears only 3 months a year you wake up to temps under freezing.:)

--I'm in the Old School camp--glad you like it- and thats all that counts--but wouldn't be my cup of tea. We got 3 months where ave low is below freezing--

I'm trying to think of diff activities I could come up with involving pine trees and snow--and draw mostly blanks.
--but would be excellent environment for family bonding as you gets lots of quality time together.

I like it right where I am. 300+ days of sun. High mountain well water. My own greenhouse. My dogs can run wild. Gold Medal fly-fishing 5 minutes away. No neighbors. FRESH air at 8500ft. No bugs. :00hour

Here is the view from my back porch:

San Diego would be cool.

This and the other guy said Malibu. Some of these places guys listed i wouldn't go if someone gave me a house. Virgin Islands? worst place i ever went. Who wants to be somewhere this hot? Florida same shit. Hot and humid what a place.

i like where i live for about 9 months out of the year....but if i had a choice i wouldn't mind living in quebec city part time....great place, great people, & great food....& for you single guys, the women out number the men 4-1....

agent....looks like you have a great place, but it's not for me....mountains are boring to me & also can't handle the cold weather anymore....i also need a place where there is a large variety of restaurants & movie theaters & some kind of night life....but to "each his own"....

Beautiful oceanfront homes with uncrowded beaches and good surf. Also, it is not spoiled by too much commercial development. We spend a month there every summer.
