clicking a link and signing up/depositing with a sponsor book certainly does. I haven't liked him for ages but I've never asked for him to be banned. I dont like hedgefuck either but I dont care if he posts here or not. the problem is he made a bet and then refused to abide by the terms. what precedent does that set for anyone else in the future who makes a hat or shirt wager and decides nahhhhhh its okay I dont have to honor it, there will be no repercussions anyway.
I dislike hedgefuck considerably more than theboys so my dislike for him has nothing to do with my opinion that he should be banned.
They did not and if you read it for yourself you would see I won no matter what terms are used.
